Salary Range

$31,920 - $39,900 annually, commensurate with experience.

This position is in the pay band code: CS13.

Specific Job Related Duties

Determines work priorities and monitors progress toward work deadlines.

Coordinates the daily office activities or supervises as determined by management.

Composes, types, and proofs finished copies of confidential correspondence.

Types meeting minutes, manuscripts, grant proposals, medical notes, or technical material using appropriate computer software.

Develops and monitors department record keeping and filing systems.

Updates and produces statistical and financial reports as necessary.

Acts as a liaison with other campus departments on routine matters.

Submits and monitors through to completion all departmental travel requests and reimbursements for MRB faculty and lab personnel

Submits and monitors through to completion all departmental purchases and requisitions to ensure timely payment for goods and services

Updates & maintains faculty calendars , coordinates meetings and conference room scheduling

Arranges appointments and schedules meetings and lectures

Maintain licensure, yearly evaluations and faculty reappointments

Update and maintain faculty CVs when instructed

Monitors and reconciles monthly expenses to ensure compliance with budgets

Arrange travel/meetings for visiting research faculty

Distributes all incoming mail and faxes

Performs related duties as required
